| I have pink eye. Yes, gross I know. Missed class and a test today. I don't know what to do with myself and all this time in my hands.
So I decided to send some E-cards to my gfs. Turns out Hallmark.com wouldn't cooperate with me. So in return I sent them this Customer Service email.
Hello Hallmark employee reading this email. This email is directed towards Hallmark and its website, specifically the Ecards site. I am very displeased to say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the way the website is functioning currently. I have been trying to send e-cards to 4 friends (not 15, not 30, but only 4), and only 1 was able to open her card. I tried your "Order Tracking" function with the Confirmation number and that failed as well. This led me to have to copy and paste the site of the e-card onto my e-mail window and then just retype my message onto the email format. That is not the function of an ecard or your e-card site. Aside from that, it took me ridiculously long to open the site, which many times did not even open, only displaying an "Error Cannot Open Site" window. Granted, I understand it is valentine's day and your site is being bombarded with customers, but as a gift/card website, holidays are the sole purpose of your business, whether they are personal or public holidays. This happened to me on Christmas, New Years, AND now Valentine's. I do not understand why this is a recurring issue, when I am sure that funds are not a part of the problem. Hallmark is acknowledged world-wide as a card monopoly and I am certain that it is able to improve in branches which need restructuring. That is the only purpose of this email. Please take it as advice and not as a rant. Thanks for your time.
Yes, this is how bored I am.
I have never sent Customer Service emails before and I feel so mean now. I'm sorry Hallmark person that had to read this on valentine's day.
Happy valentine's to everyone else. Spread the love, yeah? My pink eye waves bye to you too.
